Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about FJP, your journal, and your privacy.
Where is my food journal stored?
FJP uses encrypted local storage for core journal information. Features that connect to an FJP service must be described accurately in the final Privacy Policy before release.
Can I change my calorie or nutrient targets?
Yes. You can review and adjust supported targets from Settings whenever your needs change.
Does FJP require an account?
The current app includes account and local-profile workflows. The launch experience and which features require an account will be documented before release.
How do I export or delete my data?
Open Settings, then Data & Privacy. From there you can review the available export and account-deletion controls.
Is FJP medical advice?
No. FJP supports personal food journaling and general nutrition awareness. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
